Feeling uninspired and unfulfilled is quite common. Whether it's about a relationship, work or your craft, a lack of motivation could put you completely off track. It's a sign that you are not happy with the way things are happening around you. You need a change, and you must find a way out.

When you feel uninspired, you might experience a lack of energy and prefer to do nothing at all. But don't give up. Do your best to figure out the situation and do something to fix it. Mentioned below are five things that you can do when you feel uninspired and overwhelmed.
1. Find an unrelated distraction
Start by channelling your energy into something productive and unrelated to what you have been doing so far. Listen to music to calm your mind or read a book to gain a new perspective. Surround yourself with ambitious people who have a vision to follow. Stay away from complainers who sulk over things they can't change. Eventually, you'll be able to get on the right track. Apart from these things, you can also:
